Shasha offers skincare and haircare treatments, consultations, and related wellness services. All services are subject to availability and may be changed or updated at our discretion.
2. Booking & Appointments

Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person.

We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

If you arrive late, the duration of your service may be reduced accordingly.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Prepaid services or deposits are non-refundable but may be adjusted against a future appointment if rescheduled within the notice period.

Shasha reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate personal and medical information before treatments.

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or health issues.

Results may vary from person to person, and Shasha does not guarantee identical outcomes.
5. Payments

Payments must be made in full at the time of service.

We accept cash, UPI, debit/credit cards, and other available payment modes.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, and branding belongs to Shasha and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability

While we follow professional standards, Shasha shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions if proper information was not disclosed by the client.

8. Amendments

Shasha reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
